Shipping and Returns
Items can be in stock or made upon order, please see dispatch time on the product before purchasing, if multiple products are bought at the same time, it will go from the longest dispatch time listed, and all items (on one invoice )will be sent together.
Delivery is made by Couriers Please as default depending on service area. All PO Boxes, parcel lockers will be sent via Australia Post eParcel (not all items can be sent through australia post because of size of parcel/s)
All International order will be sent via Australia Post Express Courier International Service.
All Orders are sent with Tracking and require Signature on delivery. The freight company will email the tracking details on dispatch / pick up of items. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
Buyers in Australia can request Authority to leave at front door by the freight company after dispatch. If the buyer chooses to do so, it’s at their own risk and Tru-Fit takes no responsibility for loss or no delivery of goods.
Delivery usually takes approximately 1 - 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
A Tax invoice will be attached to the outside of the packaging in a clear invoice pocket.
Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment.
